September Employee of the Month

 Congratulations to our H.G. Temple Intermediate August Employee of the Month — Mrs. Brandi Waltz!

We are thrilled to recognize Mrs. Waltz for her exceptional resilience, positive attitude, and commitment to doing what is best for our students!

This year, Mrs. Waltz transitioned from a pull-out resource model to providing push-in co-teaching support—a change that initially took her outside of her comfort zone. Rather than shy away from the challenge, she embraced it with an open mind and a willingness to learn, grow, and find solutions.

Mrs. Waltz has seamlessly adapted her instructional practices, collaborated closely with teachers, and continued to refine her approach to better meet the needs of her students. Her perseverance and determination to make this transition successful are a wonderful example of what it means to step into the uncomfortable, embrace change, and keep growing.

We are so thankful for the dedication, flexibility, and heart Mrs. Waltz brings to H.G. Temple Intermediate each day. Her impact on our students and her colleagues does not go unnoticed!
