Parents/Guardians,

If you will be taking your student home after their Olympics, please follow the steps below to make it a safer and smoother pick-up process, and remember to ALWAYS have your ID.

*** ALL STUDENTS MUST RETURN TO CAMPUS WITH THEIR CLASS BEFORE BEING PICKED UP. ****

• Go by the Intermediate Campus BEFORE the Olympics and sign that you will pick up your student after the Olympics. This will allow Mrs. Munoz time to have the pick-up slip ready for you to sign when you arrive back at campus to pick up your child.
  
  

• If you decide while at the stadium for the Olympics that you will want to pick up your student, please check in with Ms. Gaines at the Score Calculation Table in front of the Concession Stand. Be prepared to show your ID.

• You will show Mrs. Gaines your ID, and complete the requested information (child’s name, the Homeroom teacher, and the name of the person picking up the child).
  

•  Mrs. Gaines will contact the Intermediate Office, and they will verify the information and have the checkout slip ready to be signed when you arrive at the campus after the Olympics. 

• Students will return to campus with their class after all events are completed.
  
  

• Once they are back in their classrooms, and you have checked in at the office, they will call your child down to leave.
